Admissions: Includes patient pre-admission, admission (intake), re-admission, and discharge.
Orders: This module includes the definition of the Plan of Care, Physician Modified Orders, Certifications, Recertifications, Conferences, Summaries, Automatic creation of printable 485 forms and Physician Modified Orders, ICD-9 searching, Medications searching, and Physician Approval Tracking.
Scheduling: Includes a graphical and easy to use scheduling interface, and automatic scheduling capabilities. It creates the schedule for each caregiver and prints the Employee Schedule Chart and Daily Activity Records.
Oasis: With the OASIS assessment integrated into igea Software for Home Health, you will have the ability to collect data without doing double data-entry. The simplified submission process as well as built-in error checking will help you save time and cut back on common mistakes. Additionally, our automated "Genie" will assist you by evaluating each assessment's results and indicate where changes may benefit your patients and enhance you case revenue.
Receipt of Clinical Notes: This module lets you keep track of all the caregiver visits that have been confirmed and verify that the clinical notes for that visit have been received. It has an efficient design that allows for effortless data entry of big batches of received notes.
Reporting: igea Software for Home Health has the most comprehensive package of management reports available in the industry including personnel and payroll reports, patient reports, scheduling reports, business management reports, and more. igea has an intuitive user interface that gives you the ability to filter and group the information you want to see on-screen in report format or to preview prior to printing.
Billing/Invoicing: This section is used to generate invoices for each patient and each payer source. As trading partners with Palmetto GBA, TMHP, NGS, NHIC, and EDS our software generates HIPAA compliant electronic billing for Medicaid and Medicare. With igea Home Health Software: you don't need to be a home health billing expert to bill electronically!
Accounts Receivable: The Accounts Receivable (AR) section is designed for you to keep track of payments due and received. igea HHC lets you allocate payments to the appropriate invoices and even to individual visits. The module has auto-allocation capabilities to help you gain efficiency in the process.
Human Resources: Contains all the information related to the agency's personnel. The information in this module automatically integrates with scheduling and payroll. You can enter: employee demographics, employee working hours by type (regular, weekend, overtime, etc.), employee pay rates by type of service and type of working hours, employee paid-time-off, employee certifications, licenses and credentials. To maintain compliance igea HHC monitors the certifications and credentials of your caregivers and alerts you when a caregiver's credentials are about to expire.
Payroll: The payroll module automatically calculates the required gross pay for each caregiver in your organization based upon the information defined in the system including day of week, overtime or regular hours, type and duration of visit, and the pay rates and rules for each employee. igea HHC alerts you if a caregiver’s clinical notes from a patient visit have not been received in case you want to withhold payment for that particular visit.

Medicare Eligibility Verification: Confirm Medicare Eligibility on-line during the pre-admission process from within igea Home Health Care Software. igea will automatically confirm Medicare Eligibility on a weekly basis and alert you if a Medicare patient's eligibility has changed saving you money so you aren't unwittingly delivering services that Medicare won't pay for.
Medication Interaction Checking: Home health care agencies are required to do a Drug Regimen Review for all patients, including PT patients. Automatically check for potential adverse medication interactions on-line for your patient from within igea Home Health Care Software. With a the click of a mouse, igea Home Healthcare Software will check all of your patient's medications and alert you if there is a potential for an adverse reaction.
Point of Care (POC): Indura Systems offers two ways to collect patient information directly from your caregivers while they are in the field. Speed up your billing and improve your cash flow by electronically receiving OASIS, clinical notes, and other forms without having to wait until your caregivers visit your office to turn in their paperwork.
